These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which scr2u holds its primary gaming licence, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-laws principles that would require the application of any other jurisdiction's laws.
